About the Facilitator
Satyam Choudhary is the Senior Director – New Supply Chain Capabilities at Flipkart, India’s eCommerce leader, where, over the last 5 years, he is focused on creating reliable, scalable and efficient supply chains. Flipkart is known for its pathbreaking supply chain innovations like Cash on Delivery, Flipkart Assured guarantees and Big Billion Days sales.
Prior to Flipkart, Satyam spent a decade with Caterpillar Inc (an S&P 100 manufacturer of construction & mining equipment, engines and locomotives) across South-east Asia, China and India. There, his career focused on Supply Chain, Logistics, Process Engineering and Lean.
Satyam has a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
