Mr. Adil Zainulbhai is the Chairman of the Quality Council of India since 2014. He is involved in projects in Infra, Health Care, Education, Coal and others. He is also the Chairman of Network 18 and TV18 and is currently on the Boards of Reliance Industries Ltd., Larsen & Toubro Ltd., and Cipla. Adil retired as the Chairman of McKinsey, where he founded the Minneapolis Office.
Ms. Manisha Girotra is Chief Executive Officer of Moelis & Company in India. She was previously Chairperson and Country Head for UBS in India, with a career spanning 28 years with UBS in Hong Kong, Mumbai, Delhi and London and with Moelis in India. She was the youngest CEO of a global investment bank in India at the age of 32.
Mr. Sandeep Srivastava is the Director for Product, operations, and strategy for Microsoft IDC. His penchant for serial entrepreneurship, has led him to successfully exit 3 start-ups, and participate in 8+ start-up journeys as co-innovator, mentor, and investor. During this journey, he has lead product management for Microsoft’s Billion-dollar product portfolios such as SharePoint, Office 365, Office, and Visio.
Mr. Naveen Munjal is the Managing Director of Hero Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., a part of The Hero Eco Group. As an entrepreneur, he’s widely recognized for shaping the Indian Electric Two-Wheeler Industry as well as his contributions to various forums in the Electric Vehicle sphere both in India and globally. He has built the Hero Electric brand into a leading manufacturer and a market leader in the Electric Vehicles 2-wheeler market in India. At an International level, Hero Electric launched A2B, a premium brand of Electric Bicycles.
Mr. P.B. Balaji joined Tata Motors Group as the Chief Financial Officer in November 2017. He’s part of Tata Motors’ executive committee. He is responsible for the company’s financial performance and helps the company make the right choices to seize the future while driving profitable and sustainable growth. He is on the boards of Jaguar LandRover, Tata Motors Finance Group, Tata Technologies as well as Tata Consumer Products Ltd.
Prof. Anshuman Tripathy is a faculty member in Operations Management. His early research, which continues today, dwells on how firms design their globally distributed product development organizations with a particular focus on firms that are involved in the design and development of complex engineered systems. Of late he has also been looking into how firms need to act along the industry value chain to ensure the sustainability of their product/process innovations.
