Mr. Murthy founded Infosys in 1981. Infosys is, today, a highly-innovative software services global company listed on NYSE in the US and on the Bombay Stock Exchange in Mumbai with about US$ 11 billion in revenue and US$ 45 billion in market capitalization. Mr. Murthy conceptualized, articulated and implemented the Global Delivery Model (GDM) which has become the backbone of the Indian software industry. GDM is based on collaborative distributed software development principles and has resulted in the delivery of superior quality software to global customers delivered on time and within budget. Mr. Murthy also introduced the concept of 24-hour workday to the world.
Country Director, Google Cloud India
Nitin Bawankule is the Country Director for Google Cloud India. Prior to that he was the Industry Director of Ecommerce, Local & Media for Google India. He also managed Business for Pakistan, Bangladesh and Srilanka markets for Google. Before that, he has served as Director in Dell for Asia Pacific Japan Region, managing Software and Peripherals portfolio. He has also been the Director for Inside Sales for Dell India; managing large inside sales team to run India sales. Nitin has also held position as Regional Sales Manager in Motorola and Sales Manager in Whirlpool and Godrej-GE Appliances. Nitin has done Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Bangalore and has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electronics from Nagpur.
Chairman and MD – Nestlé India Limited
Mr. Suresh Narayanan has over 35 years of rich and exhaustive experience in the FMCG Industry and has held Senior Management and Top Leadership roles in leading global companies. He is on the Board of Directors of Nestlé India Limited from 1st August, 2015. Mr. Narayanan was Chairman and CEO of Nestlé Philippines prior to joining Nestlé India in 2015. He is also the Chairman of Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Narayanan was Managing Director of Nestlé Singapore Pte. Ltd., from 2008 to 2010. During his time, the overall business in Singapore witnessed sustained growth amidst the economic downturn. He was awarded the Medal of Commendation by the Government of Singapore in 2010, for excellence in employee relations during this challenging period. He moved to Nestlé Egypt as Chairman and CEO and Head of NEAR, where his initiatives resulted in significant business growth and investments despite the turbulence and volatility faced by the region at this time.
CEO, The Akshaya Patra Foundation
Shridhar has over 25 years of work experience and has been associated with leading multinationals like Philips, ABB, Webex Communications (now CISCO), etc. Prior to joining Akshaya Patra he was Vice President – Sales, Webex Communications. He joined Akshayapatra in search of existential purpose in life .He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Management . He has been selected in the panel of Distinguished Alumni Leaders by NMIMS. Shridhar is an Eisenhower Fellow for Innovation and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Wharton Business School . He is a recipient of Mother Teresa Social Leadership Scholarship . In Akshaya Patra, he brings to the table strong people management and organization skills. He believes that it is important to blend missionary spirit and professionalism to deliver value.
Co-Founder & CEO, Shadowfax
Abhishek Bansal, born on 24th November, 1990, is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Shadowfax – the Uber of last mile deliveries. Abhishek hails from a humble family in Meerut. After completing his engineering from Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi in 2012, he worked for one of the largest retailers in the worldfor a period of two years. It was during his time in the retail sector, Abhishek developed a deep insight into the issues faced by last mile logistics. Soon he decided to get the bull by its horn and that’s how Shadowfax was born. The innovative engineer built a unique logistics model that also garnered a social impact. In March 2015, along with his friend, VaibhavKhandelwal (another alumnus of IIT Delhi) Bansal started his journey as an entrepreneur.
As the CEO of Zivame, Amisha Jain has always been extremely passionate about building ‘innovation-led’ consumer centric brands. She is now leading the fastest growing women's organization for intimate wear and is all set to catapult the business to greater heights. She is a firm believer of “One Team, One Voice”. And this has been her foundation to build teams that are all individually strong and collectively effective at delivering business results. An alumna of INSEAD and Mckinsey, she has had over 16 years of experience in technology, consumer and retail sectors. Prior to joining Zivame, Amisha was heading the Arvind Sports Lifestyle business and the Digital Centre of Excellence for the Arvind Group. Through the course of her career, she has been leading the growth and transformation initiatives for various multinational consumer goods, and apparel brands. During her stint as the Head of Sales at Nike, she was also chosen for the prestigious ‘40 under 40: India’s Hottest Business Leaders 2015’ and ‘India Inc’s rising women business leaders 2015’ award by the Economic Times & Spencer Stuart, respectively.

Amuleek Singh Bijral hails from the state of Jammu & Kashmir. After completing his engineering with honors from Thapar University, Punjab and a MBA from Harvard Business School. He has worked with Microsoft Corporation and EMC (now a part of Dell) in developer, consulting, strategy and sales roles. Before starting Mountain Trail Foods Private Limited (Chai Point is a brand under it), he was the country manager for RSA (a world-leading Information Security Company). He is passionate about building brands. He strongly believes that businesses by design should also be making a positive impact in the societies in which they operate. Technology, product design, and incentive structures have a critical role to play towards this. He believes that his loved ones are the pillars of support in his life.

Ashish Goel is the CEO and co-founder at Urban Ladder and is a self-proclaimed design geek. Shortly after graduating from IIT- Mumbai and MBA from IIM- Bangalore, Ashish joined McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager and led project teams across banking, healthcare and real estate clients for over 4 years. After he identified an untapped market and saw a perennial customer need not being fulfilled properly, Ashish Co-founded Urban Ladder with Rajiv Srivatsa. He has a love for design, books and he has an amazing ability to identify challenges and problem solve. Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas
Rishabh Shroff is a Partner in Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He is based in the Mumbai office of the Firm. After completing his LL.B at the London School of Economics, London, he joined the Firm in September 2007. He was admitted as an advocate in the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa (India) in 2007. He is also a Solicitor, Supreme Court of England & Wales. Rishabh is Co-Head of the Private Client practice at the Firm, specializing in family constitutions and settlements, trusts, wills and succession planning. He provides succession, taxation, estate and wealth planning advice for wealthy individuals and their families, who are often promoters of large family businesses. He provides related advice to trustees and other private client service providers, such as family offices and institutional / corporate trustees. Rishabh advises on a number of issues, including the creation and management of domestic trusts, and has experience of advising both trustees and beneficiaries in relation to their relative rights, responsibilities and obligations.
