The event will be held over the three days of Vista:

Day 1: First module on day-1 shall test the participants on two specific aspects: Creativity and innovation. In the second module, the competition assesses the ability of the candidates to frame the bigger picture – capability to strategize. Day-1 will be an elimination round

Day 2: Physical stamina is essential for mental stamina, or is it so? The first half of the day tests candidates in physical activities and we are not saying that these will not be mentally taxing! Second half of the Day-2 promises to be extremely exciting. The activities test the business acumen of the candidates. And here we force you to move away from the pen & drawing board to the actual battlefield. Do business and show us the money! Day-2 will also be an elimination round

Day 3: Lets see you prove yourself to the leaders of today. Demonstrate your ability to motivate team members through confidence in one’s beliefs and clarity of expression.
