Strategizing is no good so long it is not operationalized. This simulation game tests you on how good you are at deciding the operation strategy for your firm. See for yourself how your production plan, inventory levels, stock outs and over-production inter-play with each other.
Format:
The game will have on-the spot registration. The number of teams will be capped and the number will be announced at a later date.
Each team consists of 3 members. Every team represents one company in an industry.
The teams will be required to minimize their cost while deciding on their production plan as they compete with other firms in the industry
The winner will be the team which has lowest cumulative cost associated with production over N number of production periods.
